Bikeskills Co-Ed Trail Riding Clinic, Calabasas, CA
This clinic is open to men and women, and focuses on intermediate/advanced intermediate trail riding skills and techniques.
Bikeskills instructor Mark Langton is a former racer and was editor of Mountain Biking magazine. He has been a mountain bike coach for over 20 years and has taught literally thousands of riders the fundamentals and advanced techniques that let you ride all types of terrain.
We will start the day with the fundamentals of basic bike setup. Then we’ll head to the trails for detailed instruction. You’ll feel much more confident out on the trail after learning the secrets to these key skills: trackstands, switchbacks, advanced braking, lifting the front wheel (power and manual wheelie), high-speed corning, technical climing and descending, bunny hopping, pedal kick, dropping off ledges, floating over ruts, and negotiating complex terrain.
The clinic will be held at Malibu Creek State Park in Calabasas, just west of the San Fernando Valley in Southern California, 1925 Las Virgenes Rd, Calabasas, CA 91302.
Ride better, faster, safer with Bikeskills!
