About Intro to Flow
Taking place at the destination-worthy Sandy Ridge Trail System, (1 hour east of Portland, Oregon) the Intro to Flow series focuses on the skills and body movement required to maximize feel-good-fun-times on flow trail features like berms and rollers.
Starting with body position, we’ll dial in form as well as bike/body separation in order to generate momentum through movement. With a focus on bike control as well as timing and coordination, riders will leave with the foundation needed to progress to safely taking flight and negotiating bike park style trails and features.
